As follows are some available packages and after sale services you can choose from.

BASIC VIEWING PACKAGE free of charge! :

This package is dedicated to those wishing to come visit the area and view available properties for sale without needing any extra services. We will schedule with you a meeting date, time and place and accompany you to view the chosen properties.

NO FEES APPLY TO THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A PROPERTY.

 

FULL VIEWING PACKAGE:

This package is dedicated to those wishing to visit the area and view available properties for sale.

After having viewed our listed properties on our website and decided to come and personally visit some, we can book your airplane ticket and hotel/b&b room for the total nights you decide to stay. Once you arrive to Italy (Rome or Pescara airport) you can choose to hire a car and find it ready for you at the airport, or hire our personal driver to pick you up and take you to the hotel and then take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. During your stay one of our English speaking assistants will come pick you up and take you to the chosen properties and surrounding areas. Upon request you can have us reserve a restaurant for dinner or lunch or excursions to the beach or mountains. In case of purchase, you will be refunded of the whole package cost.

ABRUZZO DISCOVERY PACKAGE:

This package is dedicated towards those that wish to simply come and visit Abruzzo and discover the many hidden gems it has to offer. You can choose from our vacation packages listed on our homepage. For further information or to receive our latest offers email info@ancientproperties.com

 

Should you decide to purchase a property, please note that our fixed fee related to the package chosen includes the following services:

  • certified translations of all documentation (preliminary sales contract, purchase proposal and final deed)

  • lingual assistance through entire purchase process

  • utility connections and/or switches

  • representation on your behalf with private owners or estate agents

  • legal consultation with our partnered attorney

  • technical consultation with our partnered geometra and/or architect
