We cover any aspects of your visit, whether it is for vacation purposes or to find a second home. Our advantage is that we are not a direct real estate agency, but a service agency inclusive of any type of service with affiliated partners to whom we turn you upon your request. This means there are no agency commission costs, but a fixed fee for our services, depending on the service chosen. Our company disposes of many estate agents in Abruzzo that propose interesting properties for sale and many properties advertised directly by the vendors. Should you choose to purchase a property listed by a real estate agent, the commission is equal to 3% of the property purchase price, instead, if you purchase a property advertised by the vendor there will not be any real estate commission fee. Among the affiliated partners the company can provide the following figures: Architect, geologist, engineer, geometra, attorney, insurance companies, builders, electricians, plumbers and notary, and we can advise you any other professional figure needed. We basically act as your voice in Italy allowing you to comfortably enjoy your home without hassle.
